Casa L boasts a sweeping layout with high ceilings and panoramic windows, providing a feel of space and comfort. Each room has been specially designed and decorated with your comfort in mind. Air-conditioning and underfloor heating with adjustable temperature control and windows of tempered glass are just some of the fine details built into this luxury villa.

Made up of two brightly illuminated floors, Casa L invites guests to relax into hospitality, combining sustainable architecture with the most advanced technology in singular fashion.

The open-plan, spacious ground floor comprises well-lit living and dining areas, including a fully equipped kitchen providing everything you’ll need to cater for your group during your stay. A separate entertainment room, guest bathroom, BBQ area, laundry facilities and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms complete the lower level.

A spacious staircase with a large, modern chandelier leads to the upper flower, where a relaxation area complete with a kitchenette greets guests. From here, sweeping views of the Atlantic can be enjoyed from the lounge, bedrooms, and outside terrace. A further four bedrooms (one double and one twin – both with en-suite bathrooms, and two twin rooms that share a separate bathroom) can be found on this floor. A private office space, complete with a PC and printer sits alongside the entrance to the roof terrace.

Well-maintained gardens around the villa welcome you with local plants and trees that frame the outside terrace space and crystal-clear heated infinity pool. Shaded and unshaded areas have parasols that provide the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy alfresco dining. A separate bathroom and shower by the pool area and waterfall feature complete the lower gardens. Breath-taking views of the Atlantic can be enjoyed from the lower level, second floor and roof terrace.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. With Casa L classifying as a smart house, guests can adjust all the technical functionalities to their liking: heating, lights, window blinds, entrance gates and video surveillance systems. Guests can listen to their favourite music in any part of the villa, including the swimming pool area, with the convenience of being able to connect smartphones to the entertainment system. Artworks by the renowned Spanish artist Luis Bujalance decorate the walls of LUX MARE.
